Payment Policy

All payments must be paid in full before scheduling sessions. BODIMATRIX debit cards and all major credit cards. Credit and debit cards are processed through Stripe, and all information is secure and confidential. BODIMATRIX does not keep credit card information on file.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide a 12-hour notice to cancel any session. If BODIMATRIX is not notified within 12 hours before your scheduled session, the session will be redeemed from the purchased package. We understand that emergencies can occur, and it will be at management’s discretion to waive the cancellation policy and not save the session. If you have a unique situation, please inform us immediately so we can work accordingly. To cancel an appointment, please call or text 312-914-3324. We recommend also texting a cancellation message to your assigned trainer.

No Show Policy

“No Shows” fall under the cancellation policy, and the session will be redeemed from the purchased package.

Refunds and Sharing Sessions Policy

Because this is protected content, all refunds must be requested within three days after purchase. Sharing login information with anyone who has not purchased and agreed to the terms and conditions herein is prohibited.  If login information is shared, it will terminate membership privileges immediately, and the member may be banned from further use of any BODIMATIX or affiliate sites.
